What We Measure
Wearable Sensors
Athletes will wear small sensors attached to each leg during a 1-on-1 assessment or group coaching session.
Tracks Your Every Move
Our RunRite software will track every step a runner takes, monitoring all aspects of the runner's unique biomechanics.
Measures Running Efficiency
Our RunRite software grades the entire session and generates a Runner Efficiency Score detailing their biomechanics and kinesiology.
Each athlete's body is different. And so is each athlete's complete physical and mental history.
DRIVE/SUPPORT/RECOVERY
RANGE OF MOTON & SABILITY

This is the most important part of running. The Drive and Recovery Phase of a runner's technique. A runner can have too much or not enough of either one or both.
Our RunRite Kinesiology assessment identifies whether or not a runner is balanced with efficient range of motion, rhythm, coordination, directional forces, and timing.
MEDIAL AND LATERAL
RANGE OF MOTON & STABILITY

Our RunRite system will track every step an athlete takes, monitoring each athlete's unique kinesiology and biomechanics.
Excessive Knee Valgus and Varus Stress while running, jumping, or cutting is costly to a runner's performance and increases the risk of runner related injury.
LEG ROTATION
RANGE OF MOTON & STABILITY

The most neglected and overlooked aspect of any runner's motion is Inward and Outward Twist.
Most injuries occur as a result of the inability to achieve rotational stability when transferring forces from one leg or the other. Valuable time and a significant reduction in injury risk is achieved when rotational stability is achieved.
STEP AND STRIDE
RATES

Most technologies calculate step rates based on the sound or result of impact.
The RunRite System provides each runner with unprecedented data based upon exact measurements of leg tempo based on range of motion.
RunRite’s step rate timer can help unlock improvements to overall running time and efficiency.
RUNNER TECHNIQUE AND EFFICIENCY

The RunRite System measure the body's balance, coordination, symmetry, strength, flexibility, endurance, power, and explosiveness.
As it is collecting the data, The RunRite System compares the left and right side, the upper and lower body, and the timing against ideal human range of motion to generate a technique and efficiency score
