Our league programs are ideal for any athlete...

    • Generic generic programs based on the event not the athlete

    • The same old lifts in the gym (squats, deadlifts, power cleans, etc.) do not target your specific body's physical limitations and abilities.

    • Workouts based on the latest and greatest rather than where you are.

Our memberships are also ideal for athletes who have participated in other sports like soccer and volleyball, etc., and see the opportunity to make track and field their primary sport in high school or earn a college scholarship in the world's oldest sport!

League Memberships include...​

  • Opportunity to Compete in five (5) meets per Regular Season and a Championship Meet 

    • Members Only meets offered every other week during the season to allow time each athlete to recover, receive coaching to improve and family trips/events

  • Two (2)  Coached Practices per week

  • Reserve Lanes & Field Event Areas during Open Track hours 

  • Strength, Flexibility, and Corrective Exercise Sessions Weekly

  • Recovery Therapy Sessions to help prevent injuries
